The Backup Hero’s disaster recovery protection is available in the form of two packages – Self-service and Managed Service. Whilst both packages offer you core recovery features such as cloud storage, a UK-based command centre and 24/7 access to the Heroes, each offer differing services which fit your business model (see grid below). For example, some businesses will prefer a self-service model where all the tools are on hand to handle their own recovery process, whereas others may want to outsource this all-together, leaving them to focus on their core business output – safe in the knowledge that the Backup Heroes are ready and waiting to act on any emergency.
